With the Blu-Ray format becoming increasingly popular, Two Tone Pictures is committed to the restoration of 'Twin Rivers'
into the High Definition format. Digital technology has advanced to a point where the filmmakers have the opportunity to remaster Standard Definition footage into High Definition, making images sharper and cleaner than ever before.
The beauty and colour of this much-loved film will be seen as never before. Using state-of-the art digital processing, the original footage will be upscaled to High Definition and the entire film meticulously reconstructed, shot by shot. This restoration will include an all-new HD digital grade, overseen by Brenton Gowland at NUCLEUS MEDIA. Colour, clarity and richness will be greatly increased for optimum viewing on Blu-Ray Disc and HD TV.
Along with it's HD restoration, 'Twin Rivers - The Director's Cut' will feature several deleted scenes restored into the final film, allowing the audience to see a whole new version of Matthew Holmes' labour of love. It will also feature a remastered Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack.
TWIN RIVERS - THE DIRECTOR'S CUT will be available from Two Tone Pictures on Blu-Ray Disc as soon as it's complete.
