Michael is a reclusive artist who lives alone on a remote property. He communicates very little with the outside world and knowingly suffers from mental illness, which has led to his isolated lifestyle. When mysterious sounds and occurences around his property begin haunting him, Michael begins to suspect that someone - or something - is invading his home. When he devises a secret surveillance method, he learns a shocking truth. Michael is living with an ‘Alter’ - an alternative personality - which is living an independent life of it’s own. When Michael tries to learn more about what his Alter is doing, the Alter will stop at nothing to hide it’s terrible secret from Michael....

THE ALTERS is a suspensful drama about the mysteries of Alternative Pesonality Disorders in a dense, twisting thriller.
